The data one engineer reads ends up in the software another colleague writes and, sometimes, in a virtual machine an operator walks through.
Data engineering
Sensors, PLCs and SCADA on one side; models that anticipate a failure on the other. You turn plant signals into alerts that someone understands and can use.
Software development
Our own software that analyses the data and adapts to every machine, every person and every space, from the connection to the ERP to the dashboard the plant manager uses.
Virtual reality and digital twin
Real machines rebuilt from CAD, BIM, drawings and manuals, so an operator can really walk around them on the Alsis Omni platform.
