Our quality policy
The management of Alsis IoT sets this policy, communicates it to the whole team and reviews it periodically to check that it remains appropriate.

- Understand what each customer needs before proposing a solution, and meet both the requirements agreed with them and any applicable legal requirements.
- Improve continuously our processes and our software, with quality objectives that are measured and reviewed.
- Train our team so that everyone knows how their work affects the result the customer receives.
- Listen to customers and partners: their issues and suggestions feed into the system review.
- Work with suppliers and partners who meet the quality requirements we set for ourselves.
