Accessibility in buildings: everyone gets where they are going on their own
A hospital, a government office or a shopping centre is hard to get around without help. Alsis Orienta guides each person along the route they can take, on their phone and with no beacons or building work.
Indoor guidance for those who need it most
Building signage is designed for people who can see and walk without difficulty.
Alsis Orienta gives each person a route based on how they move: in a wheelchair, with a cane or at an older person’s pace. They follow it on their phone, with no beacons in the building.
The result: less reliance on staff, and buildings that meet accessibility requirements without building work.
From the plan to the route, in three steps
-
Step 1
We survey the building’s plan and entrances
-
Step 2
We define the routes by person profile
-
Step 3
The person chooses their profile on their phone and the route guides them step by step
Buildings people can get around unaided
