Finding your way inside a building is not the same for everyone
Signage assumes you can see and walk well
Signs, arrows and maps work for people who read them quickly and climb stairs without thinking.
Beacons mean building work
Installing, powering and maintaining devices throughout the building makes any project more expensive and longer.
A map tells you where you are, not how to get there
Fixed directories stop helping as soon as you take your first step.
Three steps, none with building work
We digitise the space
Floors, entrances, lifts, ramps and points of interest go into a digital model of the building. Without touching the installations.
Each person says where they are going
And the guide takes them there. With the Reto ONCE Innova 2026 we are adapting the route to how each person needs to get there.
The guidance appears over what they see
With extended reality, the directions are overlaid on the real surroundings, step by step, all the way to the destination.
We don’t all move through a building the same way
Alsis Orienta is designed so the route adapts to whoever is taking it. With the Reto ONCE Innova 2026 we are evolving it based on each user’s real needs.
Not a single step
Routes via lifts and ramps, even if they are a little longer.
A route designed for them
It is one of the profiles we are evolving Alsis Orienta with in the Reto ONCE Innova 2026.
The most comfortable way
Less distance, fewer floor changes and clear steps.
A building you don’t know
Getting to the consultation room, the platform or the hall without asking three times.
Large public buildings with people arriving for the first time
Red Innpulso «Ciudad Laboratorio» Award for the most scalable and usable product in public administration (2026)
Selected among the eight finalists of the Reto ONCE Innova 2026
What people ask us about Alsis Orienta
If your question isn’t here, ask us when you request the demo.
Do beacons have to be installed or building work done?
No. Alsis Orienta works on a digital model of the building, so no devices need to be fitted on walls or ceilings and the installations are not modified.
What is needed to get started?
A meeting to set the scope: which floors, which entrances and which destinations. We digitise the space ourselves.
Does it work for people with disabilities?
It is designed for that. With the Reto ONCE Innova 2026 we are evolving it with real users so the route adapts to how each person gets around.
In what kind of buildings does it make sense?
In large public buildings where many people arrive for the first time: hospitals, stations, airports, museums, universities or government offices.
