Precision silo measurement: buy only what you need
With ITCL we have developed digital measurement of the contents of silos and tanks with better than 99% accuracy, using laser sensors or load cells, to match raw material purchasing to need and keep the inventory up to date.

The silo was gauged by eye and the inventory didn’t add up
Without measuring the contents of each silo, the inventory was estimated and raw material purchasing didn’t match consumption.

Laser sensors or load cells per silo, with the reading on the dashboard and in the ERP
We developed it with the services of ITCL Centro Tecnológico, contracted with a PADIH programme voucher.

Better than 99% accuracy, less waste and purchasing matched to real consumption
The inventory stays up to date with the figure from each silo.
