Industrial sensorisation: data from your machines, including the old ones
We fit sensors where they are missing and read those already in your PLCs, SCADA and ERP. Everything arrives in one place, including from machines with no communications.
- What we measure
- Vibration, temperature, pressure and power consumption
- What you get
- Your machines' data in one place
- What it integrates with
- Sensors, PLC, SCADA and ERP
- Older machines
- Fitted with sensors without replacing them
Industrial sensorisation puts sensors where nothing is measured today and reads those your machines and systems already have. Every piece of data arrives in real time, time-stamped, and is stored in an orderly, secure way to analyse later. It is for plants that today estimate what they could be measuring.
From the machine to your data, in four steps
-
Step 1
We see what data you already have
There is almost always more than it seems: we review what your machines, PLC, SCADA and ERP already measure.
-
Step 2
We fit sensors where they are missing
Only where nothing is measured today, including older machines with no communications, and without changing them.
-
Step 3
We bring it all to one place
Every reading arrives in real time, time-stamped, whether it comes from the new sensor or one you already had.
-
Step 4
We store it for analysis
The data is kept in secure databases, available at any time to make decisions with.
The signals that tell you how your plant works
These are the most common. In the assessment we decide which ones make sense on your machines.
Vibration
How motors, pumps and compressors are working.
mm/sTemperature
Of the machine and the process.
°CPressure
Of equipment and circuits.
barPower consumption
By machine and by line.
kWhYour data, organised and to hand
It is not just about fitting sensors: every piece of data has to arrive, be stored and be usable.
Every reading, as it happens
Sensors and acquisition systems that capture accurate data in real time, so you can respond quickly when something happens.
Stored and protected
In secure databases, protected against loss, damage or unauthorised access.
Available whenever you need it
Ready to analyse without waiting. It is the foundation of monitoring and predictive maintenance.
The ones we install and the ones you already have.
The data the machine already generates.
What you already see in the control room.
Orders, shifts and recorded stoppages.
Industrial sensorisation in factories and agri-food
Industrial sensorisation, in a nutshell
If your question isn’t here, ask us during the assessment.
Does it work with older machinery?
Yes. If the machine has no PLC or communications, external sensors are added without replacing it. If it already has a PLC, we read the data it generates.
Do I have to change my systems?
No. We read what your PLCs, SCADA and ERP already generate, and only add sensors where they are missing.
Where is the data stored?
In secure databases, protected against loss, damage or unauthorised access. It is available at any time for analysis.
And then what is done with it?
Measuring is phase 1 of our method. With the data we see what is normal for each machine, alert you before the failure and anticipate the breakdown. Each phase is added when it makes sense.
