Energy monitoring: where every kWh in your plant goes

We measure the consumption of your plant or building, by line and by machine, and show you where it goes and what you can do to reduce it.

What we measure
Power consumption per line and per machine
Where
Plants, energy installations and offices
What you get
Real-time data, consumption patterns and alerts
What for
Reduce consumption and anticipate faults
What it is

Energy monitoring continuously measures what each line, each machine or each system in your installation consumes. With that data, excessive consumption patterns become visible and you can decide where to act to reduce them. It is for plants, energy installations and offices that today only know their total consumption.

These are phases 1 and 2 of our industrial data analytics method

How it works

From the first measurement to the first decision, in four steps

  1. Step 1

    We measure consumption

We fit sensors on the lines, machines or systems you want to monitor.

  2. Step 2

You see it in real time

The data arrives on a single dashboard, with its history.

  3. Step 3

    We look for patterns

We see where and when consumption goes beyond normal, and which systems are starting to fail.

  4. Step 4

    We decide what to change

With your team, we choose which processes to adjust and which equipment to schedule to consume less.

What we measure

What it takes to know where the energy goes

These are the most common signals. In the assessment we decide which ones make sense in your installation.

Power consumption

By line and by machine, to see where it goes.

kWh

System operation

How the energy systems work, to detect problems before they stop.

Temperature and humidity

In offices, to switch heating or cooling on when needed.

°C · %RH

Occupancy

In offices, to switch lights on and off depending on whether people are in the room.

What you get

Where the consumption goes, and what to do about it

We don’t just leave you a dashboard full of charts: we tell you where to act.

Dashboard

The consumption of each line

Every line and every machine measured, with its history and trend, in real time.

Alerts

What goes beyond normal

When a consumption or a system goes beyond normal, we alert you so you can plan maintenance before the failure.

Report

Patterns and measures

The excessive consumption patterns we have found and the measures to reduce them.

What it integrates with
Sensors

The ones we install and the ones you already have.

Home automation

In offices: programmable sockets, lights and climate control.

Private network

In offices, with no internet connection.

Frequently asked questions

Energy monitoring, in a nutshell

If your question isn’t here, ask us during the assessment.

Which consumption can be measured?

Power consumption by line and by machine, and that of the energy systems in your installation. In the assessment we see what makes sense to measure in yours.

Can I see the data in real time?

Yes. You see it in real time and with its history, to recognise patterns and trends.

Does it also help to prevent faults?

Yes. Monitoring the systems remotely detects problems before they happen, and you can plan preventive maintenance.

Does it work for offices?

Yes. In offices we control temperature, humidity, lights and consumption with programmable devices and occupancy sensors, on a private network with no internet connection. See the smart office.

Where is your consumption going?

Tell us about it in two lines. In the assessment we tell you what to measure, with what, and what to expect.
