Industrial monitoring: your whole plant on one dashboard
We see in real time how your equipment and machines are working, learn what is normal for each one and alert you when something goes out of range.
- What we measure
- Consumption, temperatures, pressure and stoppages
- What you get
- Dashboard, alerts and report
- What it integrates with
- Sensors, PLC, SCADA and ERP
- Scope
- From one machine to the whole plant
Industrial monitoring follows the condition of your equipment and machines in real time. With a few weeks of data we learn what is normal for each one and alert you when something goes out of range, before it ends in a loss or a breakdown. It is for plants that want to know what is happening in each machine without going to look.
From the first data to the first alert, in four steps
-
Step 1
We connect your equipment
We read what your machines already measure and fit sensors where they are missing.
-
Step 2
You see it in real time
Each machine, with its status and history, on one dashboard.
-
Step 3
We learn what is normal
With a few weeks of data we see how each machine works across its shifts, start-ups and format changes.
-
Step 4
We alert you if something goes out of range
With what is happening and what should be checked.
What tells you how your plant is doing
These are the most common variables. In the assessment we decide which ones make sense in your plant.
Power consumption
By machine and by line, to see where too much is used.
kWhTemperature
Of equipment and processes that have to work within their range.
°CPressure
Of equipment and circuits.
barStoppages and cycles
When each machine stops and how much it produces.
hWhat is happening in your plant, and what to do
We don’t just leave you a dashboard full of charts: we tell you what is happening and what to do.
The status of each machine
Every machine measured, with its status, history and trend, on one dashboard.
What is happening and what to check
When a signal goes out of range, we alert you with what is happening and what should be checked.
The condition of your equipment
A clear report on your equipment, with recommendations to improve its performance and efficiency.
The ones we install and the ones you already have.
The data the machine already generates.
What you already see in the control room.
Orders, shifts and recorded stoppages.
Industrial monitoring in factories and agri-food
Industrial monitoring, in a nutshell
If your question isn’t here, ask us during the assessment.
What can be monitored in a factory?
Vibration, temperature, pressure and power consumption of machines; stoppages and production cycles; tank and silo levels; and the position of vehicles and people in hazardous areas.
How is it different from predictive maintenance?
Monitoring tells you what is happening and alerts you when something goes out of range. Predictive maintenance goes one step further: it estimates when a machine is going to fail, with its margin.
When does the first useful alert arrive?
It depends on the machine. First we read its signal for a few weeks to learn what is normal; the alerts follow from there.
Can older machinery be connected?
Yes. If the machine has no PLC or communications, external sensors are added without replacing it. If it already has a PLC, we read the data it generates.
